SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order within 24 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment is due at the time of order. We currently only accept payments through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Other payment methods are not accepted at this time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
We ship worldwide. Delivery of orders is via courier.
Once the payment is confirmed an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox.
All pieces are produced upon request. Therefore, an average of 4 weeks are needed to produce and send the product from the date on which the order is placed. As a result of a completely artisanal work, some delays may occur occasionally. In that case you'll be noticed as soon as possible.
A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent after the piece is shipped with all the shipping details. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status.
Shipping costs are free worldwide.
Please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is shipped to the address you specified during checkout. It is also your responsibility to be able to receive or pick up your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any shipping charges to have the package re-shipped.

Orders are processed from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In order to guarantee the shipment all orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (a gift, for example), then you agree that evidence of a signature at their delivery address you specified completes our delivery and fulfillment obligations.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Nido is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events, nor delays caused by customs, or shipping companies.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Nido.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes where applicable. All international orders are shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Nido cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the usd into any other currency.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. We only accept returns of items that are in new condition, undamaged, unworn, unlaundered, and unaltered. Items must be returned with all tags attached, including packaging. You will need to pay the return shipping if you would like to return an item. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, and track the package so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our studio. Nido will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit. Nido will provide to you a commercial invoice for customs, which you will need to include with your international return. You will also be responsible of any custom fees. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 business days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Card refunds may take several days for your bank to complete, depending on your bank's processing time.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside argentina customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Nido.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start the return process and get the return address. We will not accept any returns that are made without being contacted first.
The quality of our products and your satisfaction are our highest priority. If you find that the item you ordered is damaged, contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can quickly address the issue and find the best solution.
These terms apply to all users of the domains nido-web.com.ar. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Nido and visits to the site. Nido reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
